Job Title: Service Technicians (5 positions at various dealerships)
Job Description:
Our clients are a variety of leading Sydney automotive dealerships. Due to various circumstances, each of these dealerships is seeking to appoint a reliable, experienced service technician to their team.
Each position is a full time role reporting directly to the Service Manager. To be considered for this role you must have excellent mechanical skills, good communication skills, sound time management and organisational skills. You must also hold a full current NSW drivers licence and possess a passion for the automotive industry.
As a Service Technician some of your duties will include:
- Examining vehicles to determine malfunctions
- Use the appropriate automotive technology and diagnostic equipment
- Carry out instructions/requirements according to the Repair Order
- Maintain communication with Workshop Controller and Service Advisors
Essential experience/qualifications/skills:
- Excellent practical skills
- Appropriate trade qualifications
- The ability to work quickly with attention to detail
- Good PC Skills
- The ability to write technical reports is preferable however not essential
Qualifications and Experience:
- Prestige vehicle background preferred but not essential although dealership experience is a must.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence
- Long term employment records are preferred
