Job Description:
Our client is a successful and respected volume franchise dealer group in the Sutherland Shire.   As part of the dealership’s expansion, they have recently opened a new showroom at a prime location with a large premises and a correspondingly large stock holding.   Due to strong used car demand and an abundance of good quality trade-ins form the new car department, this dealership is seeking to appoint several experienced new car salespeople  who are able to maximise sales results from this opportunity.

The General Sales Manager who you will report to, has an excellent track record of assisting automotive sales people produce improved results and career success.  The company are known in the industry for their support and training of staff.  Industry experience with a stable track record is essential in order to succeed in this position.  This role would suit an individual who has performed well in new or used vehicle sales, particularly someone who is currently not receiving support from their management, is limited in their sales opportunities, or is ready for a fresh, exciting challenge with exciting opportunities.

Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets is a vital factor in applying for this role.  The ability to work well in a team will also be highly regarded.  Your ability to prioritise, think on your feet, and provide thoughtful alternatives for customers will be a great advantage in this position.

  • Vehicle sales experience with particular strength in Qualifying, Presentation and Negotiation.
