Thanks to everyone who attended our March Sydney meeting for members and prospective members, held in Rozelle last night.
Highlights
Foundation member and automotive recruitment specialist David Evans gave a presentation on career development. David shared some strategies for career success including:
- Positioning yourself for promotion in your organisation
- Measuring and tracking your career success
- Avoiding common pitfalls to career progress
A brief version of David’s presentation will be published next week to his subscriber list.
APA President Sean Morahan presented training on a powerful technique for helping customers and colleagues make good decisions. This technique can be used:
- In sales to help customers make good decisions
- With colleagues to improve work focus and results
- With friends and family to improve decision-making
Sean also presented new member Joshua Wirz with his APA membership certificate.
As always, members got ample opportunity to network and mingle. Our venue again provided great food throughout the evening. Thanks again to all Auto Professionals members and our special guests who attended.
