Honda City – Neat Package

Honda Australia has billed the new 2009 Honda City as a strong, all-round performer.  Small sedans don’t have universal appeal, but Honda seem to be appealing to a broader market than you might expect with the new Honda City might just connect with the youngsters.   Perhaps due to lazy marketing, many cars of this size pretend to be sporty to apologise for their hard suspension, but the City is configured for comfort instead of the bone-shaking ‘sportiness’ that some cars in this segment offer perhaps belying their ignorance of Australian roads.

Introduced in Thailand in 1996, the Honda City is now exported to more than 30 countries.   This is the third-generation of the City and it makes its presence in this market felt with substantial interior space,  surprisingly large boot,  supportive seating,  sensible gearing,  great fuel economy, quiet ride, simple-to-use controls  and the availability of a good sound system.
